Hello LitCommerce Support,
I am experiencing an issue where LitCommerce automatically changes my product titles when syncing to Etsy. Specifically, it removes characters such as “x”, commas (,), and periods (.) from my titles.
This is a problem because:

These characters are important for clarity (e.g., “2x Grow Kit”).

The formatting makes my titles easier to read and more professional.

Etsy itself allows these characters, so they should not be stripped out.
I have checked the channel settings and listing templates, but I cannot find any option to stop LitCommerce from cleaning or optimizing my titles. There is also no setting to use the original product title without modifications.
Could you please clarify:

Why LitCommerce is altering my titles for Etsy?

How I can disable this “title cleaning” or optimization?

If there is no option, can you add a feature to allow users to keep their original titles exactly as they are?
This issue is affecting my listings’ SEO and the way customers understand my products, so I would appreciate your quick help.
