I need your assistance regarding the Etsy–Shopify integration
Hello,
I need your assistance regarding the Etsy–Shopify integration.
I have connected my Etsy shop to Shopify using your app and I am currently paying for this service.
However, an Etsy order (Order ID: #3942408309, placed on January 7, 2026) has not been imported into Shopify.
Because of this:

The order does not appear in Shopify → Orders

Shopify therefore cannot send the order to MarketPrint (Print on Demand) for fulfillment
This is critical, as the order needs to be fulfilled and shipped on time, and I want to avoid any delivery issues for the customer.
Could you please check:

why the Etsy order is not syncing to Shopify

and ensure that new and existing Etsy orders are imported correctly?
If this issue cannot be resolved, I may need to disconnect Etsy entirely to avoid further order losses.
