Linking parent products (Amazon) to single products (Shopify)
Hey guys, I’ve discovered an issue that (unfortunately) makes the Lid-Commerce interface between Amazon and Shopify unusable for me. On Amazon, (almost) all products are listed as parent products with variants. In our Shopify store, however, all products are listed as single products (for a specific reason that cannot be changed). Variant products also cannot be linked without the parent product. So I can’t link 95% of all products to Shopify, since in Lid-Commerce I can only link parent products to parent products in Shopify (which I don’t have). Now the first order came in via Amazon, since I wanted to continue testing the interface. It gets stuck in Lid-Commerce because I can’t link the variant. Is there a prompt / short-term solution for this? I look forward to your feedback and thank you in advance. Best! Rafael
