i am looking to test basic settings and your support either provide an incorrect information or dose not reply at all
wfor me to use your system selling over amazon ebay and walmart, i need a better support
I need to set up template for amaozn , ebay and walmart, when i go Templates and "
- Listing Details Templates" its asking me to add brand i was under the impression i can create templates mapping Brand, Category, Variants , etc... to my shopify either by core attributes or via metafileds , i do not see where can i map these fileds, its asking me to put the name of the brand i want to sell, and category its asking me to add nod ID , which i do have them in my metafiled, the template should be by caterory and not by brand , i was on a chat with Mona for several hours and he could not a provide a clear asnwer
- the other thing i was asking is on how to i push products (Parent / Child) creating brand new ASIN for the sizes, Mona stating i need to be approved under GTIN which i am allowed to create new ASIN for products that do not have UPC Codes, however the products i am trying to list they all have UPC Codes , and i am approved to sell them on amazon , however your support insiting that i need to provide GTIN, and i am keep explaning to ship that the GTIN expmt are for products that do not have UPC Codes , and all my products have UPC codes and some of them do not exist on amazon so i will be creating them for the first time, i explained Mona that i do not have to have GTIN exemption, and i provided to him the brand i want to push "Jeffrey Campbell" that is approved i just need to upload the product to amazon, but for me to do so i need to create temlates for them
- i was also asking if i can process return trough shopify , he was keep replying that i cannot change the status of a product, he stated that amazon do not provide the API to process a refund outside amazon , and again same as above, he is wrong, i currently have an invenntory managment that have th API which i push the return from the program to amaozn
- the level of support is horrible , how can you expect sellers to set up everything without a a demo one on one going in detail to show all the setting , very unproffesional , what going to happen if there is a big issue, your support take long time to reply and not always avilable during work hours
