We have had issues with the quanitiy not updating on eBay

We have had issues with the quanitiy not updating on eBay. We can see litcommerce has noticed the qty changed on main store but not on eBay via prodcut change log. Please see october 26th transactions cleary not updated on ebay. Do you know why?
